2nd Solo
They still say Chace is doing great.
They still say Chace is doing great.
I started the Scrunchable Scarf yesterday in some green handspun (fiber is something that I can't quite recall from Crown Mountain Fibers).
It is a really easy 1 row pattern- multiple of 3 stitches. Knit 2, purl 1. Do that all the way across.
So I already had these mugs up here from the previous Starbucks mug series. Oh, plus the Seattle mug. But I didn't put that one in the photo for some reason. I don't know why.
But when I was at the thrift store the other day, my sister spotted these mugs hanging on the rack for $4 each.
So I now have a spare Seattle mug, plus a Boston and Chicago mug!! I'd say that was a very good thrift store run!
I made it to the (free) dealer car wash before closing. Happy #2.
I got a phone call and a certain friend who ran away to France is back for a visit. Happy #3!
So Happy #4 blew me away! Not only did Jamie get back safely from her trip to the Bay Area to visit mom and have some music conservatory auditions, but she arrived bearing gifts!
Tami went on a business trip to Asia in January. She bought me more Starbucks mugs for my collection! This so enormously over and above anything I ever expected. It didn't even occur to me to ask her to look while she was away, so I was totally shocked to come home from work and find a mug treasure trove on my (messy) dining room table.
So from left to right I have Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur (really? Starbucks is there too?), San Francisco and Tokyo!
Thank you so much, Tami. This is awesome!
